Package and Parcel Bomb Disruptors
Four models of shaped charge disruptors are available, produced by Alford Technologies, for use against parcel bombs. Their main changing characteristics are water storage capacity, penetration power and projection size.
– DemiMod™: Lightweight, explosively-driven, water disruptor for use against small to medium sized IEDs. Sharing the same patented geometry as the MiniMod™ but half the length.
– MiniMod™: Lightweight, explosively driven, water disruptor for use against small to medium sized IEDs. It shares the same patented design as the famous MLVD™ and DemiMod™ models.
– QMod™: Medium weight, explosively driven, water disruptor for use against medium-size IEDs such as fire extinguishers, gas canisters or a direct attack through vehicle doors.
– MajorMod™: Medium weight, explosively driven, water disruptor for use against medium-sized IEDs such as fire extinguishers or gas canisters. It shares the same geometry as the MLVD™ and the QMod™.
